A visionary with a successful business as an art instructor since 2009, Chloe graduated with an art degree from the Emily Carr University of Art & Design in 2002. Chloe gained 6 scholarships for her artistic achievements from the Peninsula Arts Foundation & the Ministry of Education. Chloe offers art workshops, art commissions, and art sales in White Rock, South Surrey, and Vancouver, B.C.
